How we handle
your data.

No legalese walls, no forty pages of fog. What we collect on aryzetech.com, why we collect it, and the control you keep, written to be read.

Last updated · July 6, 2026

The short version

  • We collect only what we need: mostly what you choose to share with us.
  • We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
  • A few trusted tools (fonts, video messages, billing) process data on our behalf.
  • Want something accessed, corrected or deleted? Ask once: we handle it.

Who we are

AryzeTech ("we", "us") runs aryzetech.com, an on-demand digital team that builds, grows and automates for businesses on a flat monthly subscription.

This policy explains what happens to personal information across our website and our services, whether you are browsing, booking a call, or working with us as a client. It is written to be understood, because a policy you cannot read is not really a policy.

What we collect

Almost everything we hold, you chose to give us:

  • Contact details: your name, email and company, when you book a call, send a message or sign up.
  • Project information: briefs, feedback, files and brand assets you share so we can do the work.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment processor when you subscribe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
  • Messages: video, voice or text you leave through the "Let's Talk" widget.

When you browse the site we also receive standard technical data: browser type, device, pages visited and an approximate location from your IP address. That is it. We do not buy data about you, and we do not build shadow profiles.

How we use it

Five reasons, no fine print:

  • To respond and deliver: answer your message, run your projects, ship your requests. The big one.
  • To run your subscription: billing, receipts, account access and support.
  • To improve the site and service: understanding which pages help and which confuse.
  • To send updates you asked for, and every email includes a working unsubscribe link.
  • To meet legal obligations: tax, accounting and the records the law says we must keep.

That is the whole list. We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

Like every modern team, we rely on a few carefully chosen tools. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy, and only for the job it does:

  • Google Fonts: serves the typography on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
  • VideoAsk (by Typeform): powers the "Let's Talk" widget. Messages you record there are processed by VideoAsk.
  • Scheduling and billing tools: when you book a call or subscribe, the calendar and payment providers involved process the details you enter.
  • Delivery platforms: tools we set up for your projects (hosting, CRM, ad platforms) run in accounts that belong to you.

We share only what each tool needs to function, never your data wholesale.

Cookies

aryzetech.com keeps cookies to a minimum, and we do not run advertising trackers on the site.

Embedded tools (like the "Let's Talk" widget) may set their own cookies so they can work properly. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will keep working.

When we share

We never sell or rent your personal information. It leaves our hands in exactly four situations:

  • Service providers: the tools listed above, doing their jobs under our instructions.
  • Professional advisers: accountants or lawyers, when running the business requires it.
  • Legal requirements: if the law genuinely obliges us to disclose something, we comply.
  • A change of ownership: if AryzeTech is ever acquired, your data transfers with the same protections you see here.

How long we keep it

As long as we are working together or talking, plus whatever period tax and legal rules require. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Project files are a special case: they are yours. Deliverables are handed over to you, and you can ask us to purge our copies at any time.

How we protect it

Data moves over encrypted connections, lives with reputable infrastructure providers, and is only accessible to the people who need it to do your work.

Honesty clause: no system on the internet is 100% breach-proof, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. If an incident ever affects your data, we will tell you quickly and plainly: what happened, what it means, and what we are doing about it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, the EU and UK (GDPR), California (CCPA) and a growing list of other places, you have legal rights over your data. We extend the same treatment to everyone, everywhere:

  • Access: ask what we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correction: fix anything that is wrong or outdated.
  • Deletion: ask us to erase your data, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Objection: tell us to stop using your data for a particular purpose.

No forms, no hoops, no discrimination for asking. One message through any contact channel starts the process.

Children

Our services are built for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, the date at the top changes. If a change is material (new data, new purpose, new sharing) we will flag it clearly on the site rather than hoping you re-read the whole page.
