01 The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and AryzeTech ("we", "us"). By using aryzetech.com or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

If anything here does not work for you, do not use the service. Or better, talk to us first. Most concerns take one conversation to resolve.

02 The service

AryzeTech is one connected team that builds, grows and automates: websites, apps, design, marketing and automation, delivered through a subscription instead of scattered vendor contracts.

• Plans: Launch, Growth and Scale (plus custom arrangements) are described on the Pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
• Requests: submit as many as you like; we work them through your plan's active-request slots, one task per slot at a time.
• Revisions: unlimited. We iterate until it is right.
• Larger builds: scoped as projects, with a timeline you approve before work starts.

03 Plans & billing

Every plan is a flat fee, billed in advance: monthly, quarterly or yearly, with the discounts shown on the Pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Current prices always live on the Pricing page. If a price ever changes, it never changes mid-cycle. We tell you before any renewal at a new rate, so the decision stays yours.

04 The 15-day guarantee

New to AryzeTech? You get a 15-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If it is not working for you in the first two weeks, say so through any contact channel within those 15 days and we refund your first payment in full.

One guarantee per customer. It exists so trying us is a decision, not a gamble.

05 Pause, switch or cancel

• Cancel anytime: no notice period, no penalty, no retention calls. Your plan simply stops renewing, and you keep access through the period you have paid for.
• Pause anytime: your plan freezes at the end of the paid period, and your team slot is held until you resume.
• Switch plans: upgrade or downgrade whenever you like; changes take effect at your next billing cycle unless we agree otherwise.

All of it happens from your portal, in a click.

06 Your part

A subscription team moves as fast as the inputs it gets. You agree to:

• Brief and respond: provide the materials, access and feedback your requests need, reasonably promptly.
• Own what you hand us: you confirm you have the rights to any content, assets or data you give us to work with.
• Keep credentials safe: you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the service lawfully: no illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful requests. We may decline work that crosses that line.

To be clear: white-labeling is welcome. Agencies reselling our work as part of their own offer is a use case we are built for, not a violation.

07 Ownership & IP

You own everything we deliver: code, designs, source files, accounts and intellectual property, 100%, with no strings, once it is paid for.

We keep ownership of the pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how we bring to every engagement, and you get whatever license you need to use your deliverables fully and forever.

We may feature finished work in our portfolio. If a project should stay confidential, say the word and it will.

08 Third-party platforms

Much of the work runs on platforms like Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, AWS, Meta and Google. Their terms and their fees: hosting, licenses, ad spend, apply to you directly, in accounts you own.

We do not control third-party pricing, outages or policy changes, and we are not liable for them. But when a platform shifts under you, we help you navigate it. That is the point of having one team across the whole stack.

09 What we don't promise

Plain talk, because it protects both of us:

• Timelines are good-faith estimates. Most standard tasks come back in 2–3 business days, but estimates are not contractual deadlines unless we agree one in a scoped project.
• Business outcomes are not guaranteed. Rankings, traffic, conversion rates and revenue depend on factors beyond any vendor's control. No one can honestly guarantee them, so we do not.
• The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows.

What we do promise: senior people, fast iteration, and unlimited revisions until the work is right.

10 Liability, in plain terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11 If things end

You can leave anytime (see Pause, switch or cancel). We can suspend or end the service for non-payment, abuse of these terms or unlawful use, with a warning first, wherever that is reasonable.

Either way, endings are clean: you keep everything already delivered, and paid-for work in progress is handed over, not held hostage.

12 Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change is material, we notify you before your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

13 Questions & disputes

If something goes wrong, talk to us first: through the "Let's Talk" widget in the corner of any page, or a booked call. Almost every issue resolves in one honest conversation, which is faster and cheaper than any legal route.

Formally: these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AryzeTech is registered, and any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the courts there.
