Automate / AI Automation & Agents

AI automation that does the work,
not just the demo.

Voice agents, lead enrichment, support triage and document processing, built into the tools you already run by a team that also builds software and runs your CRM.

  1. Find the repeatable work

The tasks that eat hours and follow a pattern. That is where AI earns its keep.

  2. Design the agent

What it reads, what it decides, what it is never allowed to do.

  3. Build & test on real data

Runs beside the manual way until the output is trusted.

  4. Deploy, watch, expand

Live with monitoring, then on to the next task.

FAQ

AI automation questions,
answered.

What is an AI agent, in plain terms?

An automation that can read something, make a judgement and take an action, instead of just moving data from A to B. A classic workflow copies a lead into the CRM. An agent reads the lead, works out what they want, scores them, drafts the reply and books the call.

Do you use n8n, Make or Zapier for this?

Mostly n8n, because it handles agent logic and runs on your own infrastructure. Make and Zapier still have their place for simple glue. The platform is the plumbing; the point is the work it removes.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We pick on quality, cost and where your data is allowed to go, and we build so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding everything.

Is our data safe?

Your data stays in your accounts, and we can run the automation on infrastructure you control. Nothing is used to train anyone else's model, and sensitive steps get a human in the loop.

What should we automate with AI first?

The repeatable task with the clearest pattern and the highest volume: usually inbound lead handling, support triage or document entry. Prove it there, then expand.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes, which is why every agent ships with guardrails: confidence thresholds, human review for the risky steps, logs for every action and alerts when the output drifts. We watch it so you do not have to.
