FAQ
Workflow automation questions,
answered.
Make, n8n or Zapier: which one?
Zapier for simple and fast, Make for visual complexity on a budget, n8n for power and self-hosting. We work in all three so the recommendation fits the job, not our comfort zone.
What should we automate first?
The boring thing you do most: usually lead routing, data entry between tools, or reporting. Quick wins first. They pay for the deeper builds.
What happens when an automation breaks?
We see it before you do: error monitoring is part of the service, and fixes go through the same queue as everything else, usually before the break costs you anything.
Do I pay for the automation tools separately?
The platform subscriptions (Make, Zapier, n8n hosting) are yours, at cost, in your name. Our design, build and maintenance work is covered by the flat fee.
Can you add AI to our workflows?
Yes: summarizing inbound leads, drafting replies, classifying tickets, extracting data from documents. We add AI where it saves real time, not where it just sounds impressive.
